Scope
These terms cover club membership, whether the holder is a company or a person. The same price, the same seats, the same credits. The general terms of use apply alongside them.
Colleague seats
Each membership has one holder and up to five colleague seats. The account manager sends invitations from the corporate panel and each invitee receives a membership link by email. If they already have an account, they move up to the club tier; if not, they sign up and land on that tier.
A seat grants entitlements, not a name. Removing a seat closes those entitlements, and the freed seat can be given to another colleague. The account manager is never told whether an invited email address already had an account.
Sessions: the unit of lounge use
Lounge use is counted in sessions. A session is one three-hour slot in a booked zone, and each annual membership receives a set number of sessions, written from the admin panel. Today's number for each level is shown on the membership page.
There are no free guests: each guest spends one session, and in the general area up to four guests may come with you. A same-day extension slot counts as less than one session, and a VIP room booking as several. Every number comes from the database, and before you book you see the estimate for that booking — no arithmetic is left to you.
Fee and period
Membership is annual and comes at two levels with lounge access. Each level's amount and session count are stated on the membership page and are the same amount you see on the payment page. We do not restate numbers here, so that a published text and the panel's current price never say two different things.
Value added tax and any statutory levy are separate and appear on the invoice. The platform's share of receipts is zero today.
Term length and renewal
The default term is twelve months. There is no automatic renewal today: we tell you before the term ends, and renewing is an explicit decision. Whether unspent sessions carry over to the next year is not yet decided, and today's default is that they do not. The rule for terminating before the term ends and refunding the unused part is written on the payment terms page.
When the membership ends
At the end of the term the seats close and club entitlements lift at that moment. Every member's record and network stay in place and fall back to a lower tier; nothing is deleted unless they ask for it.
What the account manager sees
The corporate account manager sees the list of seats, the status of each invitation and session usage. They do not see a colleague's profile content, messages, introductions or confidential needs. A corporate membership grants no access to a colleague's personal data.
What is not final yet
Automatic renewal, carrying unspent sessions over to the next year, and whether a seat invitation passes through the review queue — these three are open on our legal register, and until they are decided the defaults above apply. Refunds are no longer on that list: their rule is written on the payment terms page, based on Turkish consumer law.
